Specialty Programs


Liberty Nursing Centers of Xenia and Jamestown are proud providers of programs that are specifically designed to meet the changing needs of the senior population within our community.

Hospice Care

We have a collaboration with Hospice of Dayton to provide a uniquely sensitive program for terminally ill residents and their families. Our philosophy respects each individual's integrity and choices while also promoting meaning, purpose, and a sense of fulfillment. The Liberty team is trained in such areas as pain control and symptom management with a focus on resident decision-making. We have no restrictions for visitors and encourage visits from children and even pets. We understand the importance of spending time with loved ones, therefore family members are always welcome to stay the night. In addition, we provide supportive services and assistance to caregivers and family members throughout and after taking part in our Hospice program.

Short Stay Program

Our short-term stay program is a unique service that allows individuals to experience Liberty Nursing Centers for a week, a weekend, or even just a day. We know that it can be demanding to care for an elderly relative at home, so it is sometimes necessary to take an occasional break for your own health.
