Comprehensive Care Team
Liberty Nursing Centers of Xenia and Jamestown strive to provide a well-rounded and coordinated approach to meeting each individual's needs. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to promoting the highest levels of wellness and independence for each person. Our staff members are specifically chosen for their ability to meet the diverse needs of our residents. The team of licensed/registered medical specialists are supervised by a Medical Director and an advisory staff of physicians to ensure coordination between family physician, family members, and caregivers. In addition to our regular care team, a podiatrist, dentist, and optometrist visit our residents on a routine basis. Our comprehensive care team includes:

Nursing Staff
Our specially trained professional staff provide expert and compassionate health care services. We offer skilled care, intermediate care, respite care, dementia care, and care for the memory impaired resident. Licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours/day, supported by trained care assistants. All nursing staff receive continuous education and development training. Residents have specifically designed care plans and are monitored by their own physicians.
