Most of our community is very involved in the political process and most have been voting for many years. With the help of our board of election giving two staff members (one democrat & one republican) the opportunity to be sworn in and take the oath to be a certified poll worker our residents were able to participate in the process they hold so dear.
Ms. Josephine is 94 years old and states she has been voting a long time and was afraid she would have to miss this year due to covid 19 but we were not going to let that happen. At the end of the day, everyone was happy to cast their ballot.
