Dee has been in the food service industry for 18 years and has been part of the Liberty family for the past two. She’s a proud Mansfield native, an avid fan of working out, and enjoys most sports. And if you’ve ever chatted with her, you probably know she loves vacationing in Florida!

But beyond those fun facts, what really shines through is Dee’s passion for her work. Her commitment to our residents and her colleagues is nothing short of inspiring. She doesn’t just plan meals—she connects with people. Dee makes regular rounds to ensure each day's menu meets residents’ preferences and is quick to offer thoughtful substitutions when needed. She goes above and beyond to make sure every resident receives a meal that’s not only nutritious but also something they truly enjoy.

Preparing meals for over 50 people daily would be overwhelming for most, but Dee handles it with grace and efficiency. It’s no surprise there’s always a positive, energetic vibe coming from the kitchen—Dee is a big reason for that!

As a manager, she leads by example. Always willing to lend a hand, solve problems on the fly, and keep everything running smoothly, she embodies the spirit of teamwork. On top of everything, she generously contributes to our donut fund, helping provide treats for our much-loved Friday coffee hour socials—something both staff and residents look forward to each week.

We often find ourselves wondering how she does it all—and secretly hoping a little of her energy and dedication rubs off on the rest of us.
