This is our Success Story…… This Resident came to us on 9/6/2023 with difficulty completing his ADL’s and mobility task.. We got his balance back, his problem solving and his ADL’s back. When he arrived he was unable to walk no more than 20 feet.. He made remarkable progress and was discharged home on 12/13/2023. We wish him all the best and was a joy to have you here with us.
