We would like you to meet Ted.. he came to us on 6/10/24 for leg and walking strength.. when he came he could only walk about 50ft…. Now in just one month he increased walking by 250ft. We discharged him on 7/11/24 —- Congratulations Ted and good luck to you at home..

Rehab Success story

Jeff arrived At Liberty Nursing Center of Mansfield from an acute care hospital with an L toe, amputated heel touch, weight-bearing surgical shoe on ambulation under 100 RWSU tolerance and stand under five minutes due to WB status with monitoring skin checks inorder to decrease risk of another infection. Jeff is now able to ambulate up to 1000 RW independent on all services and stand 10 minutes unsupported. Jeff was discharged from liberty to independent living after six years of trying to reach his goal. Way to go, Jeff!
