Who Says You Can't Come Back Home?

It's my first blog of the month and I'd like to use it to salute a very warm, kind and caring lady— Cathy Weaver-Rox. Since her start at Liberty, Cathy has worn many different hats which have given her valuable industry experience. But she decided to take a break from us and used the opportunity to move forward by getting formal education. She's now a shining star at Liberty as our new Administrator and we're so happy to welcome her back home. I'm sure many positive things will come with this fine lady in charge!

A Busy Month

It was surely an evening to remember. Now, on the same day we received our bus. It is beautiful. Aside from our regular outings to Wal-Mart The Parish for lunch and bingo I can see a fishing trip on the horizon! Certainly many things to be thankful for.

Pumpkin Bake-Off

Residents and staff were pumped up today for our monthly cook-off. Nurses and therapy faced off in the great pumpkin challenge! Sweet and savory entries were brought in by staff to be judged by our residents. The residents said it was a very hard decision to make but the nurses won hands down! We enjoyed the afternoon to the fullest and anxiously awaiting next months challenge!
