Every department shines in their own unique way, yet what’s most remarkable is how often everyone goes above and beyond to support one another. You’ll see STNAs lending a hand to dietary, nurses stepping in to assist STNAs, therapy pitching in to help every department, and activities staff helping out on the floor. It’s not unusual to find administration answering call lights, housekeeping and laundry staff taking time to socialize with residents, maintenance assisting with activities, and dietary going out of their way to help other departments runing smoothly.
