We've had a fun filled week here at Liberty Nursing Center.  We took advantage of the wonderful weather each day to sit outside and socialize.  The residents enjoyed seeing all the flowers in bloom as we soaked up some rays. Thursday, we had a root beer float social.  With the rain and storms, we were not able to get outside like we intended to but that didn't put a damper on our fun. 

So much fun!

The weather was a scorcher, but that didn’t stop us from heading outside and soaking up some summer fun! Our amazing therapy and activity departments teamed up to double the fun—and double the water! What better way to beat the heat than with flying water balloons, squirting water guns, and the sound of laughter echoing through the air? Even residents who chose to stay dry had a great time watching all the splashing excitement. Later in the day, we continued cooling off by enjoying some ice cream cake as we celebrated all of our wonderful residents with June birthdays. It was truly a day to remember, full of smiles, sunshine, and a whole lot of fun. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again in the near future!
